Privacy Policy

General information

Lithuanian Artists' Union (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) sets out the conditions for the processing of personal data using the websites managed by the Data Controller in these Privacy Rules (hereinafter referred to as the PT). The terms set forth by PT apply to your access to the content and / or service we provide each time, regardless of which device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.

Supervisory authorities: Data on the data controller are collected and stored in the Vilnius branch of the State Enterprise Center of Registers.

It is very important that you read the PT carefully, because every time you visit the websites or social network accounts owned by the Data Controller, you agree to the terms and conditions described in these PTs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not visit our sites / social network accounts or use our content and / or services.

We confirm that the data of visitors to the Data Controller's websites and social network accounts will be collected in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling authorities. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect the data we collect about visitors to our sites and social network accounts from loss, unauthorized use and alteration.

Employees of the data controller have a written commitment not to disclose or disseminate to third parties information obtained in the workplace, including information about visitors to the websites.

Individuals under the age of 16 may not provide any personal data for marketing activities through our website (s) and social networking accounts. If you are a person under the age of 16, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before providing personal information for marketing purposes.

The terms used in the Rules shall be understood as they are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 (ES).

What information do we collect about you? How do we use your information?

We collect the information you provide directly

Our e-shops and social networking accounts allow you to provide information directly to us. For example, in an e-shop, please provide certain information about yourself (e-mail) in order to purchase the goods in it.

Who do we disclose your information to?

We will disclose your information to the following entities:

- other data controllers belonging to the Public Institution Lithuanian Artists' Union;

- to other parties where required by law or necessary to protect the information society services we provide.

Cases in which we may disclose your information to other parties:

-to refrain from breaking the law or in response to a mandatory request for legal proceedings (eg after receiving a lawful order or a search warrant or other court order);

-to confirm the legality of its actions;

-to protect the Data Controller;

-in other cases with your consent or lawful request.

Cases in which we transmit information:

Based on your consent, we may transfer your personal data to another data recipient to whom you have given consent to process personal data for the purpose specified in the consent.

What do we do to protect your information?

We have put in place smart and appropriate physical, organizational and technical measures to protect the information we collect for the purpose of providing content / services. Keep in mind, however, that while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.

Your rights

The data subject whose data is processed in the activities of the Data Controller has the following rights:

· - know (be informed) about the processing of your data (right to know);

- access to their data and how they are processed (right of access);

- request the rectification or, depending on the purposes of the processing of personal data, the addition of incomplete personal data (right of rectification);

- destroy your data or suspend the processing of your data (excluding storage) (right to destroy and right to be 'forgotten');

- require the controller of personal data to restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restrict);

- the right to transfer data (right to transfer);

- the right not to consent to the processing of his or her personal data or to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time for one or more specific purposes, without prejudice to the lawfulness of consent-based processing prior to withdrawal.

The controller may not enable data subjects to exercise the above rights when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offenses, breaches of official or professional ethics, and the protection of data subjects 'or other persons' rights and freedoms.

Third party sites, services and products on our sites

The Data Controller's website (s) or social network accounts may contain third-party billboards, links to their websites and services over which the Data Controller has no control. The controller is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties. You must exercise caution and read the privacy statements that apply to third-party websites and services that you use.

Final Provisions

These PTs shall be reviewed at least every two years. After updating PT, we will notify you of any material changes that we believe are posted by posting on a specific website (s) or social networking account. If you access or use the content and / or services we provide after such posting, we will assume that you agree to the new requirements set forth in the update.
