The design of the Palace of the National Opera and Ballet Theater in Vilnius began in 1960. (architect Elena Nijolė Bučiūtė), completed construction in 1974. It is a theater art house that has been in existence for almost half a century. In the book dedicated to the architecture of the theater, a multi-voiced narrative is laid out, as if looking through the parted curtain of the stage at the Palace of the Theater through the eyes of different narrators.
